A little about me.
    I grew up in Southern Indiana. Went to public school and graduated from New Albany High School. I then attended Indiana University Southeast.

    I'm married with three grown children and and 6 Grandchildren. They attend school at Holy Family and St.Pauls and all live in the area too.

    I also attend church at Southeast Christian Church Indiana Campus.

    I have been a REALTOR for 11+ years and I have loved every minute of it. I also work as a Broker Manager for RE/MAX FIRST and focus on Training and Recruiting for the office.

    I still list and sell Real Estate. That's the part of the business I love the most. I like the feeling I get when I have helped someone find that right home or sell their current home so they can move forward in another home.

    I am blessed to be among the Top Producing Agents in my market.

Code of Ethics
    The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

    Loyalty to clients;

    Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

    Cooperation with competitors;

    Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
My Designations
    I have worked very hard over the years to obtain designations I believe would be valuable to my clients. I have acquired the following designations:

    GRI. Graduate Realtor Institute This is a three year course that covers all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.

    ABR. Accredited Buyers Representative. This is a course that is ongoing and concentrates on a Buyers needs in the marketplace.

    ePro. Internet Professional. This is a desiganation that concentrates on the use of technology in Real Estate to better serve both Buyer and Seller clients.

    CDPE. Certified Distressed Property Expert. This designation provides extensive education related to Short Sales of property and helping property owners remain in their homes when they have financial problems.

    SFR. Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative. This is a course that concentrates on helping buyers and sellers with Foreclosed properties and Short Sale issues.
